About Margaret Holloway

Margaret trained and worked as a potter but has recently turned to painting.

She uses watercolour to work in a botanical style to depict flora and other natural items such as shells and insects. Her work is a direct result from her close contact with her environment.

Margaret's work has been shown in public and regional galleries and is represented in the Wilson Park Botanical Gardens collection and the Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne collection. She also received a highly commended award and Best Native Flora award with the Wildlife Artist's Society of Australia.
