About Elena Leong
Elena Leong is a Melbourne based illustrator and artist. She has a love of the natural world, and Australian fauna and flora in particular, and this is reflected in her depictions and studies of the wildlife and plants that share our country. While her favourite medium is watercolours, she also dabbles in mixed media and acrylics, with recent experimentations in collage and digital work. Elena has had solo exhibitions at Brunswick Street Gallery as well as 69 Smith St Gallery, and participates in group exhibitions held by Illustrators Australia, The 69 Collective and the Arts Lounge at Wyreena.
