Kathy Wacey

Kathy is an art teacher working with the Education Department. She enjoys exploring different media to create images in Nature.

Sculpture has influenced her paintings, particularly the sculptor Henry Moore who used texture and natural materials to create beautiful natural images.

She has exhibited artwork at the Fitzroy Gallery, the Charles Smith Gallery in Fitzroy, Bridges in Hurstbridge, Volumes in Eltham and Art Streams in Warrandyte.

From the 27th April to the 7th May 2008 Kathy is exhibiting artwork at Chapel on Station Gallery in Box Hill.
