Michele Knight is a Melbourne based artist with experience in pastel, acrylic and oil painting. A childhood fascination with sketching led Michele into a formal art education, majoring in advertising. Her passion renewed after raising a family and time allowed from business interests to develop further, she sought and worked closely with selected private tutors to extend her creative abilities.

Success came swiftly with awards from major art exhibitions in Victoria with subjects including florals, still life, landscape, seascape, animal and human portraiture. Using vibrant colour, fluidity of line and her knowledge of design principles necessary to create well balanced and striking paintings, she now expresses a new found freedom in her contemporary works.
