Gabrielle Young

Gabrielle’s artwork features fine, handdrawn detail using ink pen, as well as ink applied by brush to create thebackground colour and to build the mood of each piece.  Gabrielle has been exhibiting her artwork since 2009 and duringthis time she has experimented with inks to develop her own distinctive stylewith this medium.

Gabrielle is always drawn to using a great dealof detail in her work and has a passion for using intricate patterns in the subjectmatter that she draws.  Her artwork isinspired by nature; representations of mood and emotion and the patterns hiddenin the landscape, in animals, plant and sea life.
