About Janette Macdonald
Janette Macdonald is a realist watercolour painter. She specialises in landscapes and genre scenes, inspired by her travels in Australia and abroad.
She has been studying under Melbourne artist Malcolm Beattie for some years. Other influences on Janette's artistic development include R.W.Sturgess, Harold Herbert, Lloyd Rees and Clarice Beckett.
Janette Macdonald is now beginning to exhibit in group shows around Melbourne and Regional Victoria.
