About Julie-anne Armstrong-Roper
It has been said that Jackson Pollack’s works imitate nature perfectly due to his spontaneous application of the paint. Scientists studing his works broke them down into basic fractals and found them to match those found in nature. In my latest works I have tried to apply the paint without conscious thought in an attempt to capture this essence of nature.
