Artist's Statement: I am inspired by the ever-changing natural beauty that always finds me in my travels around Australia. When creating a painting, my main objective is to evoke a positive emotion in audiences, focusing on the light, atmosphere and colour found in Australia's landscapes. Bio: Personal: Malcolm Monteith (b. 1984, Pretoria, South Africa) Lived in Dunedin, New Zealand (1996 - 2007) Currently living in Melbourne, Australia (2007 - present)

Art Career: I am an oil painter specialising in Australian landscapes. My works can be found in homes in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and USA
