Margaret Krajnc

Margaret’s work is colourful and joyous, reflecting a love of creating whimsical, happy characters. Her work tells stories with a quirky sense of humour through detailed illustration. She likes to work in a variety of media, including acrylic, gouache, ink, collage, linocut and digital media. Margaret has created many illustrations for a variety of magazines and children's books. Her latest book is titled, My Neighbour is a Fairy. Margaret's work is influenced by her love and involvement with the circus arts and the wonderful playfulness of Dr Suess, the characters of Tim Burton and the world of Alice in Wonderland.
